stuffed camel

The largest single dish in the world is roast stuffed camel, occassionally served at Bedouin wedding feasts. To prepare this delicacy, first take one hundred gutted Mediterrranean trout and stuff them with two hundred hard-boiled eggs, then stuff the trout into fifty cooked chickens, the chickens into the body cavity of a sheep, and the sheep into the carcass of a camel. Roast over a charcoal fire until done: serves 300.”
